Sky Wave Orange & Madagascan Vanilla Gin Hot Toddy

You will need:

Glassware:

Glass mug (or jam jar!)

Ingredients:

50ml Sky Wave Orange & Madagascan Vanilla Gin
50ml lemon juice
½ lemon, sliced
2 cloves
2 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
1 cinnamon stick
2 juniper berries, lightly crushed
2 tsp runny honey

Method:

Divide the Sky Wave Orange & Madagascan Vanilla Gin between two small heatproof glasses or mugs.
Simmer 100ml water into a saucepan with the rest of the ingredients, bar one lemon slice.
Sieve the mixture into a jug to remove the fruit and spices, then pour the liquid over the gin in the glasses. Halve the remaining lemon slice, garnish the drinks and serve warm.
