The Sky Wave Testarossa
Drink in the summer with this fabulous cocktail bursting with fresh fruit flavours. Amid a field of classic cars our mixologist shook this brand new beauty into existence. It was named to reflect the iconic Ferrari, always in red, to mirror the rich colour of the fresh, red fruit in this gin.
You will need:
- 45ml Sky Wave Raspberry and Rhubarb Gin
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 12.5ml sugar syrup
- 12.5ml (drizzle) Crème de Cassis
- Ice
Method:
Shake the Sky Wave Raspberry and Rhubarb gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Drizzle the Crème de Cassis over the top to slowly mix with the rest.
Garnish with fresh raspberries, a sprig of mint and a lemon slice and serve immediately.
