About Us

Sky Wave Gin is the home of The World’s Best Contemporary Gin, The World Gin Awards 2020 and probably the most medalled gin distillery in the UK in the past 12 months. We now want to share our gin with new customers across Britain.

We are therefore seeking a person to make an impact and join our sales team, based at our boutique distillery at the historic Bicester Heritage in Oxfordshire

About You

 We are looking for motivated, engaging people to sell delicious Sky Wave Gin to new outlets. To apply you must be:

• Over 21.
• Have a clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Be a gin drinker who can talk passionately about gin.
• Have sales experience.
• Be confident enough to cold call businesses.
• Have a good knowledge of retail and hospitality businesses in your area.
• Be friendly, approachable and sociable.
• Be able to identify new and unusual routes to market (such as event organisers).
• Note: this role can involve a lot of standing and walking while carrying gin for customer samples.

You would be working as an associate of Sky Wave Gin on a base salary as well as generous repeat commission for every bottle sold. You would also be on a competitive hourly rate for occasional events. Mileage will also be paid.

Full training will be given, and branded work wear provided. There is parking adjacent to the distillery. Bicester Heritage is a private site with a 24-hour security presence, manned entrances, and CCTV cameras.

Hours and Remuneration

• From 15 hours a week – flexible to fit with you 
• Employed as an associate.  Paid on an hourly rate as agreed by contract, monthly in arrears
• £15.00 per hour
• Mileage at 45p per mile
• Workwear provided
• Associate to invoice monthly for services
• Associate is responsible for payment of all HMRC taxes (such as income tax) depending on personal circumstances
