OUR APPROACH
At 42% ABV, Sky Wave Gin’s Raspberry and Rhubarb Gin is a proper dry gin – not sweet – and makes the perfect light gin and tonic. No colouring, sugars or preservatives are added, making this the perfect gin and tonic for gin lovers looking for something a little different.
TASTING NOTES
Hand crafted with home grown Oxfordshire rhubarb and ripe raspberries, it delivers a fruity burst which is full of flavour while being fresh and light. It retains the complexity of the signature Sky Wave Gin, while adding a delicate overtone of summer fruits.
PERFECT SERVE
A Sky Wave Raspberry and Rhubarb gin and tonic should be one part gin to two parts neutral tonic such as our partners, Merchant’s Heart. Garnish with fresh raspberries. Such is the versatile nature of this gin, we also suggest it could be served with Merchant’s Heart Ginger Ale for a fabulous twist, or as a long summer drink mixed with champagne, prosecco or lemonade.
