OUR APPROACH
Master Distiller Andrew Parsons writes, “We have had huge success with our award-winning range of seven gins and Sky Wave Zero. Our customers kept asking when were we going to create a vodka? So here is it! I am incredibly proud of our carefully developed recipe which delivers a smooth, creamy taste, partly helped by the use of Blenheim Palace Natural Mineral Water but also the slow, gentle distillation. We are famous at Sky Wave for our subtlety, and this is a smooth, subtle, delightful vodka.”
TASTING NOTES
Clean, fresh and inviting on the nose with a lovely and gentle but elegant vanilla, fine grain aromas and some white almond backed by soft fruity notes. The alcohol is nicely integrated making this a potential candidate for a fine sipping vodka or a great base for dry vodka martinis and many other drinks.
