The development of Sky Wave Zero has been the culmination of eighteen months of research and scientific investigation by our Master Distiller, Andrew Parsons. He combined this with the same expertise which garnered Sky Wave’s Signature London Dry Gin the title of The World’s Best Contemporary Gin at The World Gin Awards.

OUR APPROACH

Sky Wave Zero has been crafted over a considerable length of time. Our Master Distiller spent many late nights and long days exploring a range of tastes and creating many trial versions on his two-litre developmental still, Tilly, before crafting the final recipe. It was this iteration, to be known as Sky Wave Zero, that delivered the complexity he wished for. This new distilled expression uses only the highest quality ingredients including limes and oranges together with fresh ginger to create a journey through zesty bursts with hints of savoury and sweetness culminating in a twist of warmth.

TASTING NOTES

Sky Wave Zero delivers the familiar juniper and citrus burst Sky Wave Gin drinkers love to savour, but without any of the alcohol.

Instantly lemony on the nose, the palate has discernible juniper melded with other, carefully curated botanicals before the citrus kicks in with a hint of spice.

PERFECT SERVE

Sky Wave Zero is the perfect alcohol-free alternative to your G&T.

Select your favourite glass and fill with ice.
Pour 50ml of Sky Wave Zero, followed by 150ml of a citrus tonic. Your go-to tonic will also work well.
Stir well and garnish with a twist of lemon and a few juniper berries.
