Last Friday (June 14th), our Master Distiller Andrew Parsons represented Sky Wave at Ginposium 2024. Over 130 members of the gin industry from around the world, coming from as far away as the USA, Australia, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Estonia, Slovakia and Switzerland as well across the United Kingdom and Ireland, gathered in London for this year’s event.

There was a wide range of sessions covering topics of significance to gin makers, from botanicals availability to what is going on in the marketplace, to advice from those who have learned the hard way about launching in new markets.
